Default Rune prices?

My collection of salvaged runes is big enough now that I'ld like to sell most of them. Is there a summary of average rune prices anywhere? I checked GuildWiki but couldn't find anything.

Check the Rune trader perhaps for the prices?

Yes, well, if you've been collecting before this past update, beware that apparently the rune trader will NOT buy any major runes (except presumably vigor and absorption). This is due to the fact that "new" major runes now subtract only 35 from your health vs the previous 50.

The best way to figure out how much to sell your runes for, is to check the trader. Request quote for buying and selling, and pick a price in between.

It`s been my experience that there are only about 3-4 minor runes worth salvaging, only Absorb and Vigor major and a few Superior runes. What I do is go to the trader before salvaging. If the price is 100 gold to buy, you`ll get between 25-50 gold for a salvaged rune so it`s usually better to merchant.

The rune trader is probably the only indicator of how much to charge when selling a rune. Its best to check what the rune trader is selling them for and undersell him by a few hundred gold for minor or major and maybe 1k or so for the more expensive runes. Not much market for minor runes that ive seen, as most people will just by them from the rune trader.

what about the runes from before the update that have -50 health? would it be better just to sell them to the merchant than to try to sell them to other people? i have a few deicent runes but theyre -50 so im not sure of anyone will buy them....

Just sell them to the merchant, nobody is going to use them. If they want reduced health they'll use all superiors, if they want to minimize health loss they'll use the new majors.
